Mortgage Solutions was established in 1998 by the current Managing Director Stuart Black. Stuart identified a niche market as a mortgage broker. The company has grown to have a current client base of 1500 clients with mortgages arranged of £42 million pounds in 2007.
Today, very few mortgage providers offer ‘ongoing’ mortgage advice for the lifetime of your mortgage. Many providers simply leave you to find another deal yourself every two or three years. Our success to date has been built through regular contact with our clients - we aim to keep them well informed as to the details of their existing deal and automatically contact them to source a better deal when any ‘special rate’ ends with a lender.
